A very fascinating fact I love about myself!
One day, I met an online acquaintance to understand DNA level cleansing (???????) and yes its a possibility!! The very science i understood was a strong /super strong emotion gets into the blood stream and viola!!!!! my future generation gets it as a reward/punishment.
Now, As I write I remembered that the Realized* Saint's family gets uplifted for 7 generations!!! and if i relate to this its a DNA Cleanse in GenZ/ABCD language.
What little things I can do to ensure not to react to my Unconscious DNA self and How and WHY I should not create damaging patterns for next generations...(not sure who all got my blood , lets start with mosquitoes :)
Now, I know that I am conscious about my Unconscious self and everytime there is a "eureka" moment i know its the Unconscious self discovery
I realized that I am conscious about my unconscious state and decide what to fight and what to ignore to ensure no more passing on so called accumulation
I ask myself when a particular feeling/emotion is STRONG ..is it worth is? Is it my strong want? Is it ego? and most importantly is it REQUIRED????
Let me do my bit in a way that I understand myself and live a conscious lifestyle for next generations and during this journey will try not to leave any footprint and stay in homeostasis state and l choose peace over anything.
NOW
AI's feedback and corrected my post for common public who goes by rules and for those who are less crazier than me. ( I do not completely agree with this though....)
Conscious About My Unconscious
One fascinating thing I have discovered about myself is that I have become conscious of my unconscious.
It all started with a conversation with an online acquaintance about DNA-level healing. Whether every idea is scientifically proven or not, it opened a door to a fascinating subject called epigenetics—the possibility that our experiences may influence how our genes are expressed, and perhaps, in some cases, even affect future generations.
That thought stayed with me.
Then I remembered something I had heard for years—that when a realized saint attains liberation, seven generations of the family are uplifted. Whether I interpret that spiritually or symbolically, I can't help wondering: could this be another way of saying that transformation doesn't stop with us? That the way we live today echoes into tomorrow?
That question changed the way I look at myself.
Instead of asking, "Why did I react like that?" I now ask:
- Was that reaction truly mine, or was it an old pattern?
- Was it a genuine need, or was it my ego speaking?
- Is this emotion worth strengthening?
- If I keep repeating this pattern, what am I passing on—not just through my words and actions, but perhaps even through the way I live?
I may never know who carries a part of my biological legacy... although I'm fairly certain a few mosquitoes have! 😄
Humour aside, the real question is this:
Can I choose awareness over automatic reaction?
Every time I experience a small "Eureka!" moment, I feel as though another unconscious pattern has become visible. Whether it comes from my upbringing, my biology, my conditioning, or something even deeper doesn't matter as much as the fact that I can now choose differently.
My goal isn't to become perfect.
My goal is to leave fewer negative patterns behind than I inherited.
To live consciously.
To respond instead of react.
To understand myself a little better each day.
And perhaps, in doing so, leave a gentler inheritance for the generations that follow while living in greater balance—what science calls homeostasis and many spiritual traditions simply call inner peace
AI created its own DNA and looks like mine has lesser impact
